If it wanted to, it could have leveled hundreds of apartment blocs on the first day of the war when no one was expecting it and killed tens of thousands in a matter of a few minutes. It also could have lined up its MLRS systems and just leveled towns and villages within hours, killing all within. Believe me, if they were trying, half the population of Lebanon would be dead if they were targeting civilians.
