Probably didn't see a single Iraqi. Too bad he came on such short notice. I'm sure the grateful Iraqi people would have prepared a special welcome for him -- particularly families of Iraqi war dead.
You would think that after the Mission Accomplished fiasco, Rove would have learned his lesson. I think he just stepped into another cow pie.
