This is what's so great about being a evil DU-er--you're MONTHS ahead of the loop on such things!

But I doubt this story would be appearing even now if Bush hadn't insulted the mainstream media by announcing he would start interviewing with regional broadcasters. He said he wanted to get past "the media filter" which wasn't reporting enough of the "positive" aspects of his Iraqi occupation. (Of course, if he figures that regional reporters would be too inexperienced or unworldly to ask him tough questions, he insulted them as well.) Getting rid of Bush would be a lot easier with the mainstream media's help. Maybe that can happen now.
