Yeah! Big influence on me as a kid too. Definitely influenced my political views - and spiritual. Tom Laughlin and Delores Taylor! Wow. Just last summer I pulled all the old Billy Jack films from Netflix and we had us a marathon here down at the Palms.

I remember wondering - where are the great story tellers now? We need parables like Billy Jack - stories about real strength and the spiritual struggle against tyrannies of all kind - personal and political.

I'm ready for this! It's about time for another chapter of Billy Jack, I'd say. Hey, Tom and Delores if you read this - never got a chance to thank you for your inspiration all those many years ago. Good to see you both still kickin!
