The blatant violation of this LIMIT on Executive power is abhorrent, no matter who does it.

Where are all the f*cking "strict constructionists" who hypocritically argue that it's illicit to interpret the Constitution as 'granting' a right to privacy??? (Since the Constitution was never, ever intended as a delineater of the rights of the People, IT CANNOT BE regarded as an 'extension' to recognize rights not listed, as the 9th Amendment makes perfectly clear.)
