That in 9 out of 10 cases, it's not the molestor down the street you need to worry about, it's the one down the hall watching TV in the living room or the one coaching little league, teaching catechism class, or even dear old grandpa.

That's where teaching children about their bodies and that NO ONE has the right to hurt them comes into play.
