They have developed EVERYTHING we have: Nukes. ICBMs to carry nukes. A capitalist economy. They just BOUGHT IBM's computer division.
Their 'Silkworm' SAMs are currently the STATE of the Art...best bang/buck ratio on the market! They are probably going to be on the MOON decades before we get back there........
The only thing we HAVE NOT seen from China is: Shoulder-launched seeker-missles which can take down a fighter jet.
We have them, the USSR had them...and many thousands of BOTH models disappeared from view decades ago.
So were these jets taken out by one of the THOUSANDS of 'Stingers' we handed out like CANDY in Afghanistan... or some ex-Soviet yard sale surplus...
Or does the People's Republic have another groundbreaking product in Beta Testing?
