I'm sure there's no such thing, but it points to the fact that many religous groups have rules prohibiting respecting the natural laws of the world. They even acknowledge this fact, in the case of the Jehovah's Witnesses and their opposition to blood transfusion. They have other purposes besides health care. But are they then to be able to become licensed physicians and pharmacists and practice medicine from this anti-science standpont? No, this cannot be allowed. They can become practitioners of another sort, but they mustn't be allowed to endanger the public health with anti-science dogma and mummified superstitions.
