131. I'm not saying it isn't theoretically possible
I just believe that Bush won, fair and square. I haven't seen anything (and I followed the conspiracy theories after the election) that indicates that the numbers were skewed. I think most people expected Bush to win by the margin he won by. Even Kerry's people indicated that, in the last few days before the election, they were in trouble in Florida and Ohio. While the election could have gone either way it was no huge surprise that Kerry lost.
