is disappointing and frustrating, but to his credit he has stated that other than in the rarest of circumstances, the president has the right to appoint those he wants to cabinet positions.
I disagree with this but he has made his stnce clear and he has been extremely consistant. On most of the issues that matter he's been vrey courageous and principled.
