crap in Montana! What an embarrassment! Don't forget the ONLY reason that he is there! If Rummy were there, they'd arrest the bastard on the spot! Still can't figure out why Cheney has no culpability considering he's Rummy's boss? I mean, technically, isn't Rumsfeld supposed to report to him? Doesn't Cheney give him the OK?
