8. Interesting definition, considering Bush's position on "dissidents"
in Cuba reflects the impression he believes they represent a very important voice in Cuba. Our own CIA has stated that they number around one hundred, with support groups possibly bringing the number to 1,000. That's in a country of over 11,000,000 people.

Calling Ohio citizens who support a recount "dissidents" has a LOADED psychological effect. Sounds as if the rightwing is stepping up the hostililties, starting to highlight people who don't support them as virtual "enemies of the state." Looks like the signal we're entering a new phase, doesn't it?
