The way I understand what happened is that this bill now goes to committee thanks in large part to the Republicans game playing...
So Conyers should do a full investigation into the charges and bring it up for a full House vote... The DEMOCRATS are the Majority... Impeaching on party lines ensures that Cheney will go down in history as an impeached VP...
Next on the agenda would be a trial to hold him personally accounatable...
This is far from over thanks to dimwit Republicans... I say play it for what its worth. My God if Bill Clinton can get impeached for lying about a slob job from an intern then Cheney's impeachment is guaranteed...
