At least a couple of the 9-11 hijackers were on the US terrorism watch list before they entered the US. All of them used their real names to enter the US at airports.
Did the 9-11 hijackers really call up Al Queda HQ in Afghanistan on the phone? "Yes, boss, we are going to hijack the planes from Logan and Kennedy tomorrow morning. I sure hope Dick Cheney isn't listening in on this phone call."
