52. What if the administration refuses funding?
I've heard this bantied about by the right. They say get the US out of the UN. I'm worried. What is to stop them from refusing to pay our dues to the UN. Didn't Reagan do that? The US pays a heafty percentage of the UN's total funding.

Here is a thought. They could say it is not working (at least how they want it to), and refuse funding. Then, when it is strugling to survive financially and therefore less able to make an impact anywhere, say see we told you it was worthless.

Something to think about and watch for. Why wouldn't this be possible?
