Unfortunately, as we've seen, based on both positive and negative results, experience doesn't always translate into WINNING!! Charisma, warmth, and the ability to connect with people, generally speaking and on issues, is often times the difference between winning and losing. We need to WIN at all cost... experience be damned!!
