24. Then why aren't the Democats good enough for him to join?

If he is a Democrat why does he register as an Independent except when he wants the nomination? Why does he refer to the party he is saying he will align with as the "establishment"?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
