Sanders plans to release health records by end of year

The 78-year-old Vermont senator has repeatedly promised to release his health records at some point, but he outlined a likely timeline in an interview with The Associated Press.

“I want to make it comprehensive,” Sanders said in explaining the delay. “The answer is I will, probably by the end of the year.”

“The American people have a right to know whether the person they’re going to be voting for for president is healthy,” Sanders said at the time. “And we will certainly release our medical records before the primary.”

Sanders told host Jonathan Karl that he intends to release his medical records "as soon as we can," with "all of the information that's available," and added that he believes that same standard should "should be applicable to all candidates."

Desperate false equivalencies do not credibility bestow.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
