He reviews and signs off on everything that comes out of the campaign at that level and even lower. What we've seen over the last week or so didn't come from a "rogue worker" among the 500 workers, that came from the inner circle of the campaign.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
