It's bad enough that she feels that way in this day and age... BUT... I think it's even worse that BS chose that particular sentiment as something that he wants to tweet about and promote.
The fact that he sees nothing wrong with it is a strong indicator of how he views himself, and perhaps even, how he views women in general.
All I'm trying to say is, there are probably a half-dozen of other things she's said that would ACTUALLY be flattering (and inspirational) but he chose THAT? I'm sorry, that's just wrong. And sad.
People may have varying opinions, and that one is mine.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

Attacking no in particular, simply pointing out self-aggrandizing actions.

How is Sanders quoting AOC an "attack" on either? It's his tweet, it's her statement.

Oh good god! That quote could be the opening line of a Tammy Wynette or Patsy Cline song!

That was my thought as well; if true, her parents clearly failed her completely.

Just hearing his name? Wow! He's more powerful than Miracle Water, My Pillow, and The Blue Dot

She interned for Ted Kennedy and didn't notice he'd been saying health care is a human right

Interesting that she never mentions being on SCHIP or CHIP in this interview about poverty

Right there in the video. And odd that she didn't mention Ted Kennedy who worked for single payer

Plus her father owned his own architecture firm, I doubt she qualified for CHIP.

Yeah, I try to watch my grammar, too. Two pet peeves are "try and" instead of "try to"....

You should tweet that to Sanders, HE is the one who posted the quote in his tweet.
