McCready was a moderate and couldn't find a way to win. Hillary wad the moderate and she lost. As Jim Hightower once said, then only things you find in the middle of the road are yellow stripes and dead armadillos.
I think it's okay to be a moderate, but you got to be a strong moderate (And by strong, I don't mean by joining the Republicans and beating up the left side of your own party).
