And, skills and philosophies vary as to what matters are urgent. Inslee has been clear about what his highest priority would be, and it's a quite compelling priority.

I wish we were less general about what it means to jump start a government. Several of the candidates, IMO, are more specific and focused about their transition plans than Biden, whose skills as a front-facing administrator still need to be tested.
