I have always thought that O'Malley would be the most electable in the general. He carries the least amount of baggage, has a solid resume of actual accomplishments, and is a genuine progressive. Whether democrats will have the good sense to give him a close look, I am not sure. In a sense, he is the perfect, albeit invisible, candidate.
