If Clinton wins the nomination though I will vote for her to insure a repug won't make the upcoming SCOTUS appointments.

IMO that is a huge priority as stopping a 6-3 or maybe even a 7-2 repug majority that will put all civil/women's/LGBT/healthcare accomplishments in reverse is way more important than any grudge from what happened three administrations ago.
