the corporations that fund the Democratic Party. Many of them being fossil fuel companies. I believe that this is the reason why.
Apparently we can have the green energy industry compete without any government subsidies. After all, green energy is so much cheaper than fossil fuels.
On another point, there are the jobs. Where are all the people who work in the fossil fuel industry go, if we have clean and green energy?
