Having outlets is important as well. Walking a couple of miles at a comfortable pace works wonders. Also talking with someone about your fears and anxieties is not a sign of weakness, but of inner strength.

Just keep in mind, what we do in life requires a decision, then be accountable for that decision. I have learned over the years to not spend so much time beating myself up. Life is too short. You husband needs you. YOU needs you.
