Nice to have you on DU.

Why don't you just go to Google and get some information about each city and read up about each one?

It's hard for somebody else to suggest a place that YOU would like.

If it were me, I'd choose Austin. I've lived there and it's a nice climate and a friendly place. Never lived in Tampa area.
