I manage 6 female and 2 male managers, one of the males is the lowest paid of the group, and the highest isn't the other man. I have absolutely no issues with equality, I have issues with inequality. Many who throw around the term "privilege" in description of huge swaths of people really don't want equality, they want to have some "privilege" of thir own. There are many white males who have not been privileged.
