I live in the Northwest, home of a several notorious serial killers. Ted Bundy didn't kill prostitutes, he was very clever at hiding who and what he really was.

The Greenriver killer killed dozens of women, mostly disenfranchised females--runaways or prostitutes. Unlike Bundy he was a dumbass. He got away with it for so long because who he targeted, how he hid the bodies. I don't know how many he killed before they found a pattern The green river task force worked their asses off to try to find him.

My friend was murdered in Alaska, by a man who picked up strippers or prostitutes took him to a remote location, then hunted them like animals.

I have never heard this term, The police are human beings, both good and bad caring and not, but I'd be a liar if I didn't say its easy for them to put people in categories like this. Prostitute murder has to reach critical mass before its noticed, then it's like reality TV, people can be titillated by the news in the safety of their own homes.

We had a situation up here of a police officer shooting a homeless man. Although he is no longer a police officer, he was cleared of murder. Watch this video, if you haven't seen it before. It's a perfect example of what happens once someone reaches non human status in the eyes of law enforcement.
