she's a Debbie Downer. The danger in that is that so many people follow her. She has become very influential and her words carry weight. This kind of sentiment is demoralizing. It may lead to apathy. And that is MORE dangerous than Citizens United. I wish she and other would chill because I do believe that some of it led to our defeat in 2010. People just didn't care and so they stayed home. We don't need that, especially since the Republican/Teabaggers are so energized.

We can't afford to give up, Democrats. Turn off the t.v. and the radio if you have to. I, for one, am thinking very hard about taking a break. Right now, all I've been able to listen to is Randi and Stephanie. However, even Randi was sounding bad yesterday, and if that happens, then we're really fucked because Randi Rhodes is the most optimistic of all leftie talkers.
