Over 90 percent African American support is very high, even for a democrat. Combine that with the record AA turn out in 2008 & 2012, I just can't see who could bring all those people back to the polls in 2016. I am looking, mind you, but I really don't hear much besides " they're not going to let you vote!" I know that Voter ID is a big issue, but most AA people actually do have ID. We need more than that to bring them to the polls. We need a cohesive and coherent message and our politicians need some cojones. Maybe now, with us in the minority, our politicians will stop being so fearful of what moderates think and start coming up with good policy that will satisfy their base and fight against bad legislation tooth and nail. I'd like to see a bill for free community colleges. We need them and our young people deserve something.
