3. And how much, Mitt, do you think "the man working the griddle" needs to earn to survive?

You said you and your fellow conservatives believe "everyone" should live like the Papa John's Pizza guy lives. "The man working the griddle" is making the pizza too. They deserve the credit. How much should they rightfully earn compared to the mis-credited Ronald McDonald? He just gives the orders, right? No credit for that!
