The guy working part time at the convenience store for minimum wage, or the wealthy business owners and bankers they regulate? My guess is that Rmoney means the former not the latter.

(BTW as full disclosure, I do make more than most taxpayers in the area I serve, but I "serve" as many as 2.3 million of them, when they call. Fortunately only a few need my assistance most years.)
