3. On the ther hand...

Look at it this way....at least they can't do any damage. I suppose this is where we are at as a country. One can only hope for big change in the 2014 mid-terms..but I fear we will be stuck with the same do-nothing Congress we've had for the past couple of years. We need term limits on a national level. We need campaign finance reform. Those are the only things that are going to truly fix our broken Congress. I doubt we see either of those in a significant way in my lifetime.
