I am on the fence. I want the SS Cap eliminated, if that is in the plan, I am ok with adjustment to the SS COLA. If the SS Cap elimination is not in the plan, then I am less happy with the COLA adjustment unless it is done in a way that does not hurt people that collect SS. I benefit from the SS Cap being in place, but I also feel that the people benefiting from it can afford to lose it.
