It's no wonder he's been the most brutal against Occupy as he made his money on Wall Street, and "friends" may have called in favors, or he simply wants to squash them out of existence. His pet Kop, Winski, was video'd saying he didn't need a reason to arrest anyone, that he'd let the judge sort it out. Over the last year+...photos of bloodied faces, women groped, terrified people of all ages, civil rights violations so bad they caused human rights coalitions to call him to task, and which filled "enemy" nations such as Russia and Iran with glee as their state television channels carried it all (as of course opposed to the American media who still don't have much of a clue about Occupy whatsoever).

Then months ago he banned donations to soup kitchens and homeless shelters because nutritionists couldn't measure salt content, IIRC. This may still be in effect during Sandy relief efforts.
