If Ohio is lost to Trump, I think it will be due to him emphasizing "bad trade deals" early in his campaign. I've heard people here blame trade deals for the loss of industrial jobs for years, true or not.

EDIT:
I looked at the percentages of white evangelicals again, and four of the biggest Trump-supporting states (according to Nate Silver) are at the top for white evangelicals: Tennessee, Oklahoma, Alabama and West Virginia.

It kind of makes sense that Trump would be leading big in those states because polling shows that he's overwhelmingly beating Clinton among that group. I assume it's mostly related to abortion and future Supreme Court appointments. I was surprised that Idaho didn't have a larger percentage of them! That state is very pro-Trump as well, but there must be other factors.
