Un. Befucking. Lievable.

They ran their first mass use scenario on election day.

On election day!

These people spent $800 million in just in-house costs.

They never ran a usability test for even a sample of their eventual 30,000 users. They never user tested their instruction manual or interface. They never load tested the system.

They just went live on election day.

What a hilarious catastrophe.
