talking about things looking good for markets BEFORE POTUS remarks, and I observe DOW was up about 45 BEFORE POTUS and NOW, DOW up only 17.

edit: And now, 30? minutes after POTUS speech, DOW DOWN -2.

I don't know what markets looking for right now, sure not going to find 'predictability' given repug congress.
