would have heard about it long ago via the intel industry's unofficial State Secrets Broadcasting System. On the other hand, any exonerating info Clinton would like to get out to the public, well, that's another story. She can't. So I'm pretty confident no harm came as a result of whatever protocols she breached.

On the point of changing with the times, I see that as a good thing.
