Vice President Joe Biden pulled no punches at a campaign stop in St. Augustine on Saturday, accusing his opponents of contracting 'Romnesia,' a new term the Obama campaign has coined to describe what they believe are flip-flops by Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.

"I think he's a very sincere gentleman. I honestly believe he's very sincere. I think he represents the president perfectly," said one voter, Rand.

Biden knocked Romney on his plans to repeal Obamacare and prevent women from having access to contraceptives. He told the crowd not to listen to the GOP when they say that America is in a downward spiral.

"America is coming back, and we're not going back. We're moving forward. How could they [Romney and Ryan] have such a profound misunderstanding of the American people?"
