Which is why he is not dismissing them.

Sanders isn't the one spreading the meme that portrays PoC as "my voters".

It may be a fact that certain demographics in certain areas of the country vote largely for specific candidates, but it's the Hillary side that is the side saying that this means Sanders "has a problem with minorities" ... especially without actually articulating what this 'problem' actually is.

His 'problem; is name recognition .. it's not 'racism' or policies that hurt PoC ... but the Clinton camp implies that bullshit with their constant ploy to keep PoC from voting for Sanders, not by pointing out real racism, or real harmful policies, but by just repeating "Bernie has a problem with minorities" ... although at times they do actually imply racism.
