2016 Postmortem

(4,221 posts)There is the precinct level caucus, and 3011 precincts and some 9,000 delegates or something get picked from that.
Then those delegates go to their appropriate County Convention (which is the next level caucus) when then they proportion out to the state convention. Denver is the City and the County, so it's huge and will be in the Convention Center tomorrow.
Then just like on caucus night, delegates either volunteer or run a campaign to get elected to represent Bernie as a delegate at the next level -- meaning that instead of the hundreds in Denver, there will only be dozens at the next level.
Then at state the delegates run to be a national delegate -- and I think I recall that Colorado sends 79 delegates to Philly this time.
Okay, I think it's a puddle of mud, but maybe you get me. LOL.
