Keep very clearly in mind that a lot of voters will only turn out to vote for whomever they think is winning, or at least is winning in their state. If enough people like you were to answer they're planning on voting for Romney, that could push a lot of undecideds into also voting for him, or staying at home if they were planning on voting for Obama.

Although, you should also keep in mind that a low voter turnout favors Republicans, so if you're a Republican, don't vote.
