22. Obama reinforced the "Carter" meme

True or not, the Republicans are always trying to paint Obama and Democrats as "weak" like Carter.

Whoever in Obama's camp decided that he should act weak when that is exactly what the Republicans were hoping for, should be demoted.

Looking strong would have been a big victory.
