4. I loved the Latin Mass too, even though it's been many years since I got to enjoy one.

Always glad to see any returning signs of life, though. Maybe the left can change that valid perception about the hard right having claim on it. Joseph Campbell certainly preferred it. I loved his conversations with Bill Moyers, where he held forth about how Mass should really be about taking us OUT of ourselves and pointing to the Divine; whereas modern modes tend to make it far too much introspective and about US.
