You like to walk and read and eat well, it would be perfect. It's quiet, peaceful. not even traffic lights, and miles and miles of white sand to walk on, collect seashells, and watch the waves. Just returned from a week there for my 60th birthday. Re-read Anne Morrow Lindbergh's "Gift's from the Sea" on the beach. She wrote it while staying on Captiva nearly 60 years ago, the island connected to Sanibel.
