Sorry for the all caps, I know that is frowned upon around here, but this one was the last straw for me.
There can he no such thing as a "walk-off inside the park homer"! How fucking stupid is that? The term "walk-off" has finally been abused to the point of total idiocy. Is this so hard to understand? A "walk-off" can ONLY occur when there is no need for the baserunners to actually run, i.e. when the touching of home plate is a mere formality. A home run that leaves the field, or a base on balls or a balk that forces in the winning run, are the only legitimate examples of a "walk-off" victory.
This shit started with the game-ending fly ball that went over the head of a drawn-in outfield, and even that pissed me off, because the only reason it was a "walk-off" was nobody bothered to try to make an out. It wasn't necessarily "automatic". It's become a lazy sportscaster's way to say the game ended without a third out being made.
Now it's just gotten stupid as shit.
