in lieu of Maryland. Better football and basketball than Maryland, IMHO. The ACC has also sued UoM for the $50-odd million exit fee which it wants from UoM.

But this conference realignment BS is starting to grate on my nerves. The ACC is in peril, IMHO. There were rumors UNC-Chapel Hill was contemplating a move to the SEC. The rumors were quashed officially, but if that were to happen it would break the ACC and would kill one of the best sports rivalries ever: UNC/Duke.

I realize football brings in a lot of money, but this is getting ridiculous.
