then yeah, that changed, but not gun laws and I can safely say that with the R's in control of the House and Harry Reid, a strong proponent of the RKBA, as the Sen. Majority Leader, there will be no new gun control laws, much less a new AWB, so there is no win here, it's the same status quo.
Pres. Obama can't unilaterally declare an AWB law.
